1) All items in stock are despatched within 48 hours. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and should be delivered to you within 7 days. (Overseas orders are generally received in under 14 days). 2) If your item is not in stock, delivery will normally be within 10 days. However we will email or text or phone you to advise of the position before we proceed further with your order. If on delivery the parcel is damaged, write this on the delivery note before signing for the goods. Keep any damaged packaging for possible future claim. 11) If you return any goods for any reason it is your responsibility for the delivery of any goods back to our warehouse. We advise all customers to obtain adequate insurance cover when returning goods in the event of any claim. 12) If within 90 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with the performance of any of our Bioflow magnetic products then simply return them, together with proof of purchase to us for a refund. Please note that 15% of the original price will be deducted to cover handling. This charge is in keeping with all retailers of Ecoflow products. We offer a full 12month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on all our magnetic products.
